How do I check my gift card balance?

Enter your card number, expiry date and CVV on the home page and select "Check balance". Your available balance and recent transactions appear instantly.

Where do I find my CVV?

The CVV (or security code) is the 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. If you can't find it, contact our support team.

Is it safe to enter my card details here?

Yes. Your details are sent over an encrypted connection and are never stored on this website. We only use them to look up your balance.

Why is my balance lower than expected?

Your balance reflects all completed purchases and any fees. Check your recent transactions on the results screen to see where the funds were used.

My card says expired or inactive. What do I do?
